We want you to love your aeydeboots.com purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to “Orders” to initiate your return.
2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
3. Pack your items securely and attach the label.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping provider.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
